Our number one goal is to provide quality customer
satisfaction. We want our customers to be more than
happy with their online experience when using our
store. However, should you decide the merchandise
is not satisfactory; the merchandise may be mailed
back to us. Please note that if you choose to mail
the merchandise back, you will be responsible for
all postage charges. No refunds are given on shipping
and handling charges unless there is an error made
by Rugged Cross Archery, Inc. A 10% restocking fee
may apply to some products. To make the process a
bit easier, please indicate why you're returning the
item/s and let us know whether you'd prefer an exchange
or a refund. We will only issue a merchandise credit
if the merchandise is returned within thirty calendar
days of the purchase date. The merchandise must also
be in its original package, and in unused condition
unless there is a manufacturer's defect. And, the
original receipt issued by PayPal for Rugged Cross
Archery, Inc must accompany the merchandise.
ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Clothing items that have been worn or tags removed.
Items damaged in any way due to mishandling. All merchandise
is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective
merchandise should be directed to the manufacturer
for repair or replacement.
DAMAGES:
If you receive a damaged package and the merchandise
inside is damaged in anyway please keep all the packaging
material and contact your local UPS, USPS or FedEx
(depending on how we ship your order) service center
for assistance in filing a claim. If your local UPS,
USPS or FedEx center is unable to assist you then
please call us at 1-989-600-0747. Please DO NOT return
the package to us until you have contacted the carrier
and received instructions on how to proceed. Failure
to follow these procedures may result in lose of your
right to file a claim.
